The Postures

Four basic needs of the body: oxygen, water, nutrition and movement.  We specialize in movement.

Our series includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. We offer 60 and 90 minute classes, suitable for ALL ages and levels of ability.

Through this practice your body will gain strength and flexibility.  We are not pushing students to have “perfect postures”.  Try your best, accept where your body is today, show up consistently, and never give up.  THAT’s yoga, and our idea of perfection.
