Stretching Pose

Stretching Pose – You can fire your therapist once you meet this posture.  This stretch is intense, takes time, but is worth the total release you will feel when it’s over.

  • Deeply stretches the muscles on the back side of the legs and hips
  • Strengthens the thigh and arm muscles
  • Stretches the achilles tendon
  • Lengthens the muscles that support the spine
