I’m Kathy Balduf and you’ll see me at the front desk on Sundays and Mondays at BYNT Grapevine.

I started practicing seven years ago at the suggestion of my doctor to help improve sleep and hormonal issues. The benefits of practicing have gone far beyond that to increased strength, energy, flexibility and well being. While it’s not always easy to step into that hot room, once the rhythm of pranayama breathing starts, I’m carried into a full body and mind workout that is truly priceless.
