How long have you been practicing Bikram Yoga?
April 2002, shortly after BYNT opened.

When did you graduate from Bikram Yoga teacher training?
I graduated from teacher training in 2007.

What did you do after graduating from Teacher Training?
After completing Teacher Training my husband Jay and I opened Bikram Yoga Buenos Aires. We enjoyed studio ownership for several years and recently came back to DFW for good. I am happy to be back with my BYNT family.
