Four basic needs of the body: oxygen, water, nutrition and movement.  We specialize in movement.

Our core offering is the Bikram method series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room.  Since 2002 we’ve watched bodies healed and lives changed through the regular practice of this yoga. It works. Through regular practice, your body will gain strength and flexibility. We are not pushing students to have “perfect postures”.  Try your best, accept where your body is today, show up consistently, and never give up. THAT’s yoga, and our idea of perfection. Our schedule includes 60 and 90 minute Bikram classes, suitable for ALL ages and levels of ability. We also offer Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training using Pilates Principles), and Yin Yoga.
