Healthy Yogi Cooking Class – Oct 22, 2022

Kathryn Lorusso, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) Food for Life cooking expert and 17 year yogini (plus sous chef: Robby Fox Hall) will discuss how to make plant based quick, low fat dishes that can get you and your family fed and ready for a healthy 2022!


Recipes will include the ability to add any additional protein you prefer to customize the menu to your own needs.

Samples will be available to all participants. Being able to cook for yourself and stay healthy is PRICELESS!
